Directors Foundation was established to support non-profit organizations that demonstrate Christian principles and are known as helpers of people.

Our mission is to be the best, most-respected partner to like-minded non-profit organizations in order to promote the cause of Christ and be His hands and feet in a lost and hurting world.

Directors Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors that are elected annually. They approve the annual philanthropic budget, evaluate charities that have passed the application process, and then make a determination of the foundation’s involvement.

In carrying out this mission, Directors Foundation makes donations to non-profit, tax exempt entities that are referred to us by trusted friends; entities that follow Christian-based principles; have solid leadership; are financially sustainable; and have clear accountability within their organizations.

Led by an all-volunteer Board of Directors, Abilene Police Foundation focuses on providing financial assistance to police officers and their families when faced with unforeseen expenses.

At Directors Foundation, we want to support our local APD officers and employees as they put their lives on the line to protect and serve our community.

Upon creating Directors Foundation, it was crucial the entity would be built on not only giving financially, but sewing blessings into people’s lives through service. We are people that are created to give!
